Neisa Nordic is a new service partner for Xerox
Stockholm, Sweden, 19th October 2015 – Xerox Sweden begins a new co-operation with Neisa Nordic AB as a new service partner for Xerox field services in Sweden. The new co-operation is a part of the new effort that will give Xerox customer a higher service level. The contract will start on 1st January 2016.
With Neisa, Xerox will strengthen it’s service offers and will be able to offer a clear and more transparent service, where the customers will be able to follow service calls in realtime and get a better overview of the service history.
- With this co-operation we will get a dedicated partner that will be able to help to develope our service forward. A smaller and a fast moving organization that can deliver a modern and effective service to our customers, says Mats Nyqvist, Service director on Xerox Sweden.
The contract with Neisa Nordic AB refers to the Swedish market and will start on the 1st of January 2016.
